How to read this
Clearly seen / Probable sit at or above the models' own operating
point; Borderline is just below it; Not seen means no supporting
evidence was found. The small number beside each is the raw calibrated score,
kept so a decision can be checked. Rare labels such as Fibrosis and Hernia are
the weakest in the underlying training data — treat every category as a
prompt to look, never as a conclusion.
Accepts PNG, JPEG or DICOM (.dcm). DICOM is strongly
preferred — full bit depth preserves the fine texture that
messaging-app JPEGs destroy, and the view position is read from the
file rather than guessed.
Grad-CAM overlay for the top finding — warmer regions drove the
score. It shows where the model looked, not a lesion boundary.
